Job Description
Marquesa Pawnshop and Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Settlement Accounting Associate responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of all final transactions and settlements. You will assist the Accounting Manager in financial statement preparation and provide accounting support through financial report generation.
Key Activities:
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and transactions.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare daily accounting entries.
- Collaborate with internal teams on settlement queries.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications: Graduate in finance or management. 2 years of relevant experience. Permanent residence in Cavite province.
Pay: Php20,00 – Php25,00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, and additional leave.
