Job Description

Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 6 months of work experience in the BPO industry handling after sales concerns
- Willing to be assigned in Eastwood
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and/or holidays
- With good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls and emails
- Monitoring of client concerns
- Resolving issues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
