Job Description
Location: McKinley/BGC
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service/BPO is preferred.
- Willingness to be assigned in McKinley/BGC.
- Familiarity with CRMs is an advantage.
- Able to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
