Job Description
As a Shift Leader in our Muntinlupa branch, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our establishment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of employees during your shift, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate tasks to team members
- Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Train and provide guidance to new employees
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
