Job Description
SMC Repairs & Maintenance is seeking a qualified Shift Leader to join our team. This full-time position requires a Registered Master Electrician or Certified Plant Mechanic with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Registered Master Electrician or Certified Plant Mechanic.
- Training on condition-based monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling work orders.
- Supervising troubleshooting and repairs.
- Leading installation and repairs.
- Available to start ASAP in Calamba, Laguna.
Benefits: On-site parking, 13th month salary, bonus pay, and overtime pay.
