Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team.
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the shift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and leading a team of employees during the shift
- Managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards
