Job Description
We seek a Shift Manager to lead store preparation, motivate staff to deliver energetic service, maintain cleanliness and equipment, drive local promotions, coach servers in suggestive selling, cultivate guest loyalty, and acknowledge top performers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a related field, with prior experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Branch Supervisor and at least one year of shift manager experience preferred.
