Job Description
We are currently seeking a Shift Manager I for our locations at SM Lanang and Ecoland. As a Shift Manager I, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring excellent customer service by training and supervising staff
- Managing and coordinating employee schedules
- Implementing company policies and procedures
- Overseeing inventory management and ordering
- Managing customer complaints and resolving issues
- Monitoring overall store performance
