Job Description
Imperial Kitchen Group Corporation seeks a Shift Manager for our Nuvali location (near Mandarin Sky). The Shift Manager will supervise servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure prompt, courteous service; manage inventory and orders; resolve guest concerns; maintain shift records (sales, labor, incidents); provide staff training; and collaborate closely with the General Manager.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years’ restaurant supervisory/management experience
- Strong leadership, customer service, inventory control, and cost-management skills
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time, permanent; salary from Php25,300/month, paid training, and promotion opportunities
