Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of BS HRM or related course
- 3-4 years F&B managerial experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge in Profit and Loss reporting
- Location: SM Clark Kenny Rogers Branch

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The Shift Manager oversees restaurant operations, ensuring standards in people, product, cleanliness, and guest experience. Responsibilities include:
- Service Management
- Production Management
- Guest Relations Management
- People Management
- Health and Safety
- Repair & Maintenance
Full-time, Permanent position with salary range Php20,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
Benefits include additional leave, company events, discounts, and career advancement opportunities.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, holidays, rotational shifts, weekends
Supplemental pay: 13th month salary, performance bonuses, tips, yearly bonus
