Job Description
Join Kuya J Food Group as a Shift Manager! In this role, you will:
- Manage and coach team members to achieve shift goals.
- Enhance customer relations by engaging with guests and responding to feedback.
- Monitor service quality and ensure cleanliness in all areas.
- Conduct regular team meetings and delegate responsibilities effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary of Php19,00.00 – Php20,00.00.
Benefits include health insurance, Christmas gifts, and opportunities for promotion.
Work schedule features day shifts and a shift system, along with supplemental pay such as performance bonuses and 13th month salary.
