Job Description
Job Location: Nuvali Sta. Rosa, Laguna
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting pre-shift planning and team briefings, leading your team to achieve targets in customer satisfaction, sales, and quality. You will implement standard systems for quality management and cash control, conduct quality audits, and enforce necessary corrective actions. Additionally, you will manage team members by enforcing all related policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage processes.
- Proficient in computer applications and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
