Job Description
Full-time, on-site Shift Manager responsible for enforcing store and mall administrative policies, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing opening/closing procedures for dining and dispatch areas. Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with guests and address feedback or minor complaints;
- Manage dining operations including staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and personnel roster updates;
- Ensure accurate sales and transmittal reports; secure cashier turnover and timely bank deposits;
- Supervise floor coverage and breaks during peak periods;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
