Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring store profitability by managing sales, costs, inventory, and expenses.
- Overseeing cash management and POS functions.
- Leading a team to uphold guiding principles and provide excellent service.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and maintaining high service standards.
- Managing staffing levels for efficient service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and store standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- 1-5 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage industry, particularly in Coffee.
- Strong people management skills.
- Willing to be based in Davao at our upcoming café.
Café Location: Davao Global Township McArthur Highway, Brgy. Matina Crossing, Davao City, Davao del Sur
