Job Description
Join our team as a Shift Manager at Tapa King PITX, where you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring quality standards are met, managing staff, and handling various store duties. This includes report writing, cashiering, and kitchen management, all aimed at promoting the overall efficiency and success of the store.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting at Php18,500.00 per month
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
