Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Level | At least 2 years complete
- At least 2 years experience as Shift Manager/Assistant Manager in Casual/Fine Dining
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge in P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, FOH & BOH management
- Willing to be assigned in Glorietta 3
