Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for store profitability through sales growth and cost control.
- Oversee all cash and media management functions.
- Ensure team commitment to Guiding Principles and House Rules.
- Proactively address customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the store.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- 1-5 years of management experience in the F&B industry, specifically in coffee.
- Strong people management skills.
- Amenable to work in Davao City, Davao Global Township.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
