Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the operations of No. 1 Malatang, a soon-to-open store in Greenhills, San Juan.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall shift supervision, monitoring store opening and closing
- Ensuring product quality and availability
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Preparing manpower schedules, inventory, and sales reports
- Monitoring controllables such as food, paper, utilities, and labor cost
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, or Operations Management (or equivalent)
- At least two years of experience as a Management Trainee or Shift Supervisor in a casual dining restaurant
- Excellent people and management skills
- Good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php 16,00.00 – Php 18,00.00 per month
Benefits:
