Tokyo Bubble Tea Restaurant is hiring for SHIFT SUPERVISOR to be assigned in Fort, Taguig branch
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervises the daily operations of the store
- Leads store in achieving performance targets
- Ensures exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
- Handles people and conduct training as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Business Administration or related course
- At least 2 years of management experience in restaurants
- Must have excellent customer service and floor management skills
