Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receives and records all incoming PACK-ADD delivery from the supplier and FINISH GOODS transfers from production in the warehouse.
• Monitors inventory of all warehouse stocks (PACK ADD & FG) and reports all critical stock positions to the immediate superior for appropriate action/s. Conducts physical inventory counts on a daily basis, or as required, and provides reports thereafter – reconciling any incurred variances.
• Preside on a per shift basis the toolbox meeting with all warehouse personnel prior to the commencement of assigned tasks and/or jobs. Reports all absences and ensures that warehouse operations will not be jeopardized. Makes changes and/or revisions to the manpower schedule if deemed necessary in coordination with the immediate superior.
• Directs all assigned warehouse personnel in cleaning and keeping all facilities related to the storage of products, particularly the FG warehouses, additive rooms, packaging storage, forklifts, and pallet boards, in sanitary and well-maintained condition to have an environment free from infestation and any source or sign of contaminants that may affect the product quality. Accomplishes all pertinent documentation for recording and monitoring purposes.
• Logs all warehouse activities during the shift and submits reports as required by the immediate superior. Performs other relevant tasks, as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any courses in engineering, accounting, business-related, and commerce.
• Undergraduate candidates with significant experience and warehousing background are also considered.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in warehousing, inventory control, and storekeeping.
• Must be computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills.
