Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus but not required
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time
- Make well-balanced decisions and be an effective advocate for our community
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy
