Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Country Manager to work for a leading international shipping and logistics business in the Philippines.
As the Country Manager, you will lead a busy shipping agency, responsible for profitability and overseeing all operational, commercial, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations, including vessel planning and cargo management.
- Overseeing sales and maintaining key client relationships.
- Full P&L responsibilities and financial leadership.
- Training and development of the local workforce.
- Collaborating with the regional head office.
Requirements:
- Experience in shipping and logistics.
- P&L leadership experience.
- Success in operations and client relationships.
- Experience in the Philippines is highly advantageous.
