Job Description
We are seeking an IT graduate to join as a Shipping Associate on a 7-month fixed-term contract in Carmona, Cavite. The role involves coordinating outgoing shipments; preparing and validating invoices, delivery receipts, and orders; verifying documentation and shipment accuracy; monitoring shipment status; liaising with production, logistics partners, and internal teams; maintaining records; assisting with inventory movement; and resolving delivery or delivery-document issues.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; data-entry or prior shipping coordination experience is a plus.
- Work arrangement: On-site. Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Cavite City is required.
