Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Providing excellent customer service and support, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Analyzing situations to provide effective solutions and multitasking across various tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite or hybrid.
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience welcome.
- At least a High School/SHS Graduate and can start ASAP.
- Average to good communication skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
