Job Description
HYPT Jobs PH is on the lookout for a proactive Shipping & Logistics Customer Service Representative to effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, making modifications, and addressing customer issues through various communication platforms. A calm demeanor under pressure and proficient computer skills are vital for success in this position.
