Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing/E-commerce Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for managing the accounting and bookkeeping functions of manufacturing and e-commerce business, including preparing financial reports, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining inventory records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter daily purchase orders receiving for assemblies
- Enter bills, enter new items, reconcile bank and cc/fill out credit applications and product profiles
- Record and categorize all financial transactions using accounting software, such as QuickBooks Desktop
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts
- Manage inventory records and track cost of goods sold
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant for a manufacturing and e-commerce business
- Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks Desktop, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience with inventory management and cost accounting
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST
Monthly Rate: 500USD – 600USD per month for a start
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
