Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant (VA) to join Lux & Nyx. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Shopify stores, updating products, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with order fulfillment.
Responsibilities include updating product listings, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The VA will also be responsible for conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing the online store for conversions.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Shopify platform
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
