Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates must be conversant in English
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries using standard procedures
- Gather information, research/resolve queries, and log customer calls
- Provide timely and relevant solutions to customers
- Inform clients about available services and understand customer needs
- Offer guidance and support to junior employees
