Job Details:
Nature of Account: Business to business – talking to sports and concert ticket sellers via phone calls
– 25% for each type of support: phone, e-mail, SMS, chat
Educational Background:
- Old Curriculum: High School Graduate
- New Curriculum: K-12 Graduate with at least 6 months of CCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints using scripts
- Research and resolve queries, log customer calls
- Communicate relevant alternatives in a timely manner
- Provide guidance and support to lower-level employees
