Job Description

We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, process transactions, and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Monitor and track orders, providing updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Adhere to call center protocols.
