Position Overview:
The Shopping Account Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and track orders, providing customers with updates on their order status, including shipping and delivery information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, billing, product defects, or delivery delays.
- Adhere to all call center protocols, guidelines, and quality standards during customer interactions.
