Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information based on their needs.
- Monitor orders and provide updates on order status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Adhere to call center protocols and guidelines.
