Position Overview:
The Shopping Account Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, provide detailed information, and recommendations.
- Track orders and provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, billing, and product defects.
- Follow call center protocols and quality standards during interactions.
