Job Description
Basic Requirements
- At least College Level
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Applications)
- Knowledge in basic office equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, scanner, and calculators)
Responsibilities
- Accurately encode data for organization and record-keeping.
- Compile, sort, and process data efficiently.
- Communicate across departments for data gathering.
- Prepare reports accurately.
- Meet deadlines with correct information.
- Ensure no void transactions and avoid negative variances.
- Update prices promptly.
- Submit reports on time.
