Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing with and staying updated on our plans and tariffs.
- Greeting customers professionally following the script.
- Responding to inquiries promptly via phone and email.
- Escalating queries to the manager when necessary.
- Providing members and practitioners with benefit information.
- Approving medical treatment pre-authorizations.
- Informing members about outstanding co-payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,500.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
