Job Description
Forest Lake Development, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with brokers, conduct site inspections, prepare detailed proposals, and manage all documentation pertinent to property acquisition. Your responsibilities will also include conducting market research, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory permits.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Real Estate, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php30,00.00 to Php35,00.00 per month, in addition to health insurance and performance-based bonuses.
