Job Description
KEY COMPETENCIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Financial Management and Reporting
- Monitoring and submission of daily completion reports of all SAQ officers
- Reporting of all site activities, preparation and submission of RTB folders and department’s transmittals
- Reporting of discrepancies of committed cycle time and actual accomplishments
- Checking expense reports of all SAQ officers and Account Managers ensuring all expenses reported are in accordance to company policy
- Ensuring all departmental reports are submitted on time
- Submits all required reports
- Customer Service
- Coordinating with other Departments all Sales and SAQ related concerns and ensuring all needed dependencies are given on time
- Coordinating and monitoring activities of Sales and Client Services Department with clients ensuring all commitments are delivered.
