Job Description
Position: Site Acquisition Officer

Location: Davao City
Job Type: 6 months extendable & renewable Contract
Work Mode: Onsite (Mon – Fri)
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with lessors and secure property documents
- Document management and lease negotiation
- Coordinate contract renewals and internal stakeholders
- Resolve lessor-related issues and oversee contract completion
- Assist in pipeline management and forecasting
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and related experience preferred.
