Job Description
Source feasible sites for Store construction and expansion.
Create feasibility studies and market research for the identified site.
Present the site costing and return of investment to the management.
Negotiate with the lessor for the terms and condition of the contracts.
Collaborate with different stakeholders for the site turnover and roll out.
