Job Description
- Assess trade area readiness and acquire the best site for Powerhouse Stores;
- Prepares market development plan and analysis for open and upcoming stores;
- Negotiate for the lease and terms of sites and facilitate the contract of lease signing;
- Works with cross-functional teams and various internal/external partners to grow the business;
- Assist in store openings and events;
- Lead store audit;
- Convert existing hardware to PH store;
- Other necessary tasks related to real estate, site acquisition, and expansion.
