Job Description
As a Site Administration/Office Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the daily administrative operations of our organization. Your main tasks will include coordinating administrative activities, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to staff and management.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and manage document filing systems
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Manage and coordinate facilities maintenance and repairs
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
