Job Description
Asian Technicon Managers & Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Architect to join our team in Davao City. The ideal candidate must have a BS Architecture degree and at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, including both vertical and horizontal construction.
Key qualifications include contract administration knowledge, project planning skills, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. A reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Davao City is essential. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, and applicants must be willing to travel 100% of the time.
