Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project concerns/issues quickly
- Maintains company reputation by complying with the standard regulations.
- Implements and monitors architectural works to contribute to the high quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of the project.
- Ensuring that designs and plans are executed in actual construction.
- Reviewing reports gathered from the team about the status, pending issues, and deadlines of the projects.
- Checks all materials to ensure that they are within the required specifications.
- Ensures sites Cleanliness, timeliness on workload and turnover dates, and accident-free.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Licensed Architect
- Experienced Architect in a construction industry of 1 to 2 years and can work with minimum supervision
- Experience in Handling residential and commercial projects is an advantage
- Able to perform productively while under pressure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
