Job Description
– Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, preferably licensed.
– With at least 2 years experience in the same position and worked with the same industry (Construction Industry).
– Background in Residential projects is a must.
– Knowledgeable in project documentation & reporting.
– With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written.
– Has the ability to manage time to strictly meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare architectural drawings and designs, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure that project specifications and requirements are met.
- Perform site tasks as needed, such as surveying, site inspection, and other construction-related work.
- Prepare project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
