Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise implementation of building designs by Design Architects and Engineers on-site
- Provide or suggest building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialized computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as project managers, building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with contractors
- Specifying the requirements for the project
- Ensure project timeline is met
Requirements:
– Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
– At least 3 years work experience in Construction Management/Project Management/Site Supervision is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and the likes
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
