Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Accountancy, Commerce, or Business Management
- Computer Literate
- Good communication skills
- Attentive to details and proactive
DUTIES:
- Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company.
- Handle issuance of Official Receipts (OR) for cash and cleared checks and Provisionary Receipts for PDC’s endorsed by the Billing and Collections Group through order payment.
- Handle deposits of all collections to the banks and ensures that all undeposited collections for the day, cash or otherwise, are fully accounted for; prepares daily collection and deposit report.
- Monitor the Official Receipt Booklet and check if all OR’s are properly accounted for and recorded.
- Monitor the Petty Cash Fund/Revolving Fund and Liquidation of Cash Advances.
