Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Development Team in developing new business opportunities to maximize business growth and profitability.
- Explore other sources of revenue for the company through research activities to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Facilitate or support bid decision-making conversations.
- Work closely with contractors, service providers, and suppliers for new branch constructions, renovation, and relocation activities to ensure timely turnover of spaces/branches to meet business plans.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course related to business.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction-related projects.
- Experienced in Project Management.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php35,00.00 per month
