Job Summary: Responsible for managing the site acquisition process, including securing permits, negotiating leases, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support regional/market assignments
- Perform lease review and analysis
- Coordinate site visits and due diligence
- Negotiate agreements and leases
- Maintain database and document control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Desire to learn and succeed
