Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a dedicated Site Logistics Associate to enhance our third-party logistics operations. This position involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), overseeing contract compliance, and resolving any operational issues to ensure that delivery services meet established obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage performance dashboards for reporting purposes.
- Document third-party adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Address operational concerns with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Prepare purchase requisitions in alignment with the budget.
- Compile and analyze reports on logistics costs and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
