Job Description
- Approves attendance related requests, work schedules and timesheets
- Conducts periodic evaluations, prepares performance reports, and keeps Management informed
- Handles attendance issues like timesheets, overtime, and escalates problems to relevant departments
- Supervises teams, ensures operational targets are met, and provides guidance and support
- Monitors contract retention, employee schedules, and ensures adherence to policies
- Acts as Safety Supervisor and conducts rounds for supervision
- Facilitates operational meetings with clients and communicates instructions to employees
- Participates in conference calls, serves as the first point of contact for employee concerns
